A-Rosa River Cruises has launched a new smartphone app designed to provide customers with information about their navigation before departure and once on board.
The application will be deployed across the brand’s entire fleet in 2023
The new app is currently available to all customers sailing the line’s newest ship – A-Rosa Sena – ahead of a fleet-wide rollout for its 2023 season.
It will contain all relevant program information on board the ship, such as restaurant and bar opening hours, details of the evening buffet menu – which is updated daily – and spa opening hours and sauna.
Guests can book excursions in the My Trip section, view the cruise itinerary, and find other information about the ship and life on board.
An integrated bar menu is also available, allowing drinks to be ordered digitally. All tables at Sena Bar, Captain’s View and A-Rosa Market have QR codes that customers can scan using their smartphones.
The app can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play and is available for iOS and Android users.
Lucia Rowe, Managing Director of A-Rosa, said: “Many people use mobile phones or tablets while on vacation and we appreciate how providing digital information is a great way to convey information to customers. in an easily accessible format.
“We were able to combine so many useful functions into one app and we look forward to rolling it out across the fleet for next season.”
